Record my days working in the engineering management department

　　I have been at the Engineering Management Department of Fengyuan Pharmaceutical for over four months.In these over a hundred days and nights,everything that happens and does in our department every day catches my eye.Others often say that our engineering work is crude and lacks human touch,which is a serious misconception.I personally feel that the engineering department is like a big family,full of warmth and happiness.

　　The word"warmth"sounds familiar.The reason why I use it here is because I have always felt this way during my time in the engineering management department.We students who have just graduated and joined the company do not have a strong sense of work responsibility and urgency,and are not proficient in work skills.We need to learn while working.Therefore,it is inevitable to encounter problems of one kind or another during the work process.I have interned in other units before,and when there were problems at work,the leaders only criticized and scolded us,but never told us how to improve.However,my feeling now is clearly different:the department leaders and chief engineers are very kind people who patiently guide and solve various problems that arise in our work,carefully teach us new knowledge,and humanize our cultivation and management.Also,let"s pay attention to the details and key points of our work.We learn through different channels to improve our professional skills and work skills.There has never been a situation of reprimanding or not asking.This moved me very much,it is something I have never felt since leaving school,just like the warmth that elders treat their younger generation.

　　We live happily in such a working environment.All members of the engineering department are very harmonious,and their daily work is filled with care and assistance.The minister is a big butler,and the work tasks are very trivial and heavy.All department matters need to be personally handled,and we are constantly reminded to avoid work problems.Making every final account,every screw and brick is money,and it is the wealth of the company.Therefore,focus and be meticulous.In such a tense work situation,if we have anything we don"t understand,as long as we ask him,no matter how busy he is,he will always respond to his requests and never give us any excuses.

　　The main theme of today"s society is about harmony.Our department has built a big family in work based on this theme.Every member of the family is communicating and learning from each other for the same goal.Questions that they don"t understand can be asked casually,without discrimination or ridicule,with some being helpful and understandable.Everyone keeps learning and collaborating with each other to do the department"s work well.I feel very fortunate to be able to work and study in such a warm and happy environment,and to have such good leaders and colleagues!(Engineering Management Department:Yue Peng)
